Privacy Policy

Effective May 20, 2026

FixTheCall is operated by Quality Amusement, a sole proprietorship owned by Mitchell Estes and located in Tulare, California. FixTheCall takes privacy seriously. This policy explains what data we collect, why we collect it, and what we do with it. Plain language.

What we collect

  • Your business info: business name, your name, work email, cell phone, trade, and city. Collected at signup.
  • Customer conversations: the SMS messages your customers send to your business number and the AI's replies. Also voice-call transcripts and AI-extracted fields (issue, location, urgency, callback) once voice AI is enabled.
  • Payment info: handled by Stripe — we never see your full card number. We store only your Stripe customer ID and subscription status.
  • Operational data: timestamps, IP address of dashboard logins, browser type. Used for security and debugging.

How we use it

  • To run the Service: route calls, generate AI replies, store transcripts.
  • To bill you: communicate with Stripe to charge your card.
  • To notify your designated recipients via SMS when your AI escalates a request.
  • To improve the Service: aggregated, de-identified analytics — never sold.
  • To respond to support requests and security incidents.

Who we share with

We share data only with the subprocessors we need to operate:

  • Supabase — our database and authentication (Postgres in AWS).
  • Vercel — hosting our web app.
  • Twilio — sending and receiving the actual SMS / phone calls.
  • Anthropic — the AI that generates conversation replies. Messages are sent for inference; Anthropic does not train on this data per their API agreement.
  • Vapi — voice AI provider (once enabled). Same data-handling commitments as Anthropic.
  • Stripe — billing.
  • Resend — transactional emails (verification, password reset, etc.) once enabled.

We do not sell your data. We do not run ads. We do not share customer conversations with third parties beyond the subprocessors above.

How long we keep data

Active accounts: indefinitely, so you have access to your history. Deleted accounts: we remove or anonymize identifiable data within 30 days, except where law requires retention (e.g., tax records).

Your rights

  • Access — request a copy of the data we hold about you
  • Correction — fix anything inaccurate in your profile
  • Deletion — close your account and delete your data
  • Export — get your customer conversations in JSON/CSV

To exercise any of these, email hello@fixthecall.com with the subject "Privacy request".

Security

Passwords are hashed (we never see your password in plaintext). All traffic is over HTTPS. Database access is restricted to the service. We're a small team — if a security issue happens, we'll tell you fast and honestly.

Children

FixTheCall is for businesses. Not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect data about minors.

Changes

We may update this policy. Material changes will be announced by email and in the dashboard.
